I was in Cleveland, Ohio, during the Blizzard of 78. While helping someone shovel out, the radio reported the wind chill was 100° below zero. The drippings from the neighbor's nose formed a long icicle while we were shoveling.
That being said, let me say in the vernacular of my home folk, about our present situation, "this is a bad time." Be careful, be considerate, be in prayer for yourself and others. Use this time for you and your family to draw near to God.
